UX Designer - research and testing (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Savannah, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
