UX Designer - research and testing (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Savannah producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
