Lumen Amber Financial serves customers across San Jose with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in account servicing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
