UX Designer - research and testing (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Antonio, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Families are partners. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
