UX Designer - research and testing (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Antonio, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
