UX Designer - research and testing (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Beacon Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
