UX Designer - research and testing (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Fox Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 999 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
