UX Designer - research and testing (Richmond, VA)

Nova Keystone Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
