UX Designer - research and testing (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Reno with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
