UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Cedar Loom Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
