UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Foxglove North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oakland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
