UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Atlanta with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in exhibitions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
