UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Lumen Junction Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charleston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
