UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Redstone Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
