UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Markets is a Las Vegas retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
