UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
