UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Ironwood Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Fort Worth, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
