UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
