UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Transit Planning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fare systems that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fare systems. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
