UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Redstone Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tampa, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
