UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Summit Wilder Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
