UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Summit Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Albuquerque, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
