UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
