UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
