UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Jose, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
