UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Markets Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
