UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Foxglove Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Indianapolis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
