UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Silverline Wren Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Phoenix with a full calendar of events, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
