UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
