UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Amberfield Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
