UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
