UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
