UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
