UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
