UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Nova Quill Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
