UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ember Markets Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
