UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in El Paso with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
