UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Atlanta presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
