UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
