UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Press and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
