UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Silverline Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
