UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
