UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Louisville area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
