UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Cedar Meadow Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
