UX Designer - research and testing (remote)
Redstone Keystone Transit Planning · Remote · full time
Redstone Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work.
You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management.
What you will do
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Design for tasks around route schedules that people do under time pressure.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
What we are looking for
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in route schedules.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, on a regular day shift.
• Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas.
• We reply to every applicant.
