UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Highbridge Corner Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Madison producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
