UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Greenridge Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in benefits enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
