UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Insurance and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
