UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Ironwood North Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Wichita. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
