UX Designer - research and testing (remote)

Harborlight Willow Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
